Alena Lempke, Staff Reporter
Alena Lempke is a sophomore at South Hadley High School. She has been writing stories for school since the third grade. Her fifth grade English teacher made her believe that Alena could write entertaining stories very well. She began writing her own stories on her own time. She read them to family and friends and they loved it. She believes this could be her job one day. Alena has been involved in the arts since fourth grade, She likes to sing, act, and dance! She also started playing volleyball her freshman year. Alena likes spending time with her family and friends, but she enjoys watching a movie on the couch with her dog. Alena is very excited to start working on the SPOTLIGHT Staff.
