Hannah Nelson , Editor-in-Chief
Hannah has been part of the Spotlight staff for the past three years and has taken on a new role of Editor-in-Chief this year. Writing has always been something she was passionate about and she joined Spotlight mainly to explore a different form of writing, and to work with other students. She enjoys writing news stories to inform the school on important issues and also likes writing features stories on staff members and students. Hannah is proud of the "Highest Achievement for a Newspaper" award from the New England Scholastic Press association that Spotlight recieved and is also proud of the fact that Spotlight is an entirely student run news organization.
Outside of school, Hannah is on the varsity field hockey and swimming teams and is also an active member in the Peer Leader's club and NHS. In her free time, she likes to hangout with friends and family. She also likes to play the piano, go shopping, and listen to music.
