Kierstyn is a sophomore at South Hadley High School. She joined journalism because she loves to write, but wants to improve her writing skills. She likes to write about sports, reviews, opinion pieces and news stories. She plays soccer and track for the high school teams. She also likes to listen to music, work, and watch movies and TV shows. Kierstyn works at Thompsons Gymnastics Center, and teaches kids how to do gymnastics. She is also on the gymnastics team at the same place she works. Her favorite kind of music is pop and country, and she has many favorite artists. A couple of her favorite TV shows are Gossip Girl, The Vampire Diaries, One Tree Hill and Teen Wolf. Some things that she dislikes are insects, clowns and snakes.
