For this review, I tried two types of pizza from Domino’s: a cheese-stuffed crust and a combo-stuffed crust. My goal was to sample the crust with different toppings and compare how the stuffed crust performed across the two pizzas.
The first pizza I sampled was the cheese pizza. While the cheese on top was overly melted and sparse, my main focus was the crust. Unfortunately, the stuffed crust did not live up to expectations. The cheese inside the crust was barely warm and lacked flavor—far from the gooey, appetizing product featured in TV ads.
Next, I tried the combo pizza, giving Domino’s one more shot at redemption. The main portion of the pizza was better—the peppers and hamburger toppings were flavorful and warmer than those on the cheese pizza. I enjoyed several slices. However, the crust once again disappointed. It was lukewarm, bland, and just as unappealing as the first. I even considered skipping the crust on the remaining slices. Still, not wanting to waste food, I finished five more slices.
