After we chose to review Crumbl, it was decided that I, Ethan, would be the one to pick up our cookies. I had ordered a Confetti Cake, PJ had ordered a Reese’s Pieces, and Chase had chosen the Tres Leches Cake. So I got in my car and headed over to West Springfield. As soon as I walked into Crumbl, I was hit with the overwhelming smell of freshly baked cookies. Walking in, you could see all of the machines and ovens working right in front of you. The store was full of vibrant pink decorations, all cookie-themed, and the staff were all friendly and helpful. I got the cookies quickly, and the whole experience was very easy and pleasant.
The cookie I chose from the Crumbl Cookie menu was the Chocolate Reese’s Pieces Cookie. It looked very appetizing: a dark chocolate cookie with a decent spread of Reese’s pieces. The cookie tasted overall very good; the only criticism I would have about this cookie is that it was a little too thick for my liking, but once I had milk with the cookie, it evened it out. So overall, I would say the Chocolate Reese’s Pieces Cookie was decent, but once you add milk to the cookie, it makes it better. The overall rating I would give this cookie is a 7.5 out of 10.

The cookie I chose to rate from Crumbl Cookie was called the Tres Leches Cake. A light, fluffy vanilla cake soaked in tres leches sauce, topped with whipped cream, and sprinkled with a layer of cinnamon. The ratio of whipped cream to cake was immaculate. I loved how they sprinkled cinnamon on the top to give it a little flavor. When i got the cookie, it was nice and cold which made everything nicely compact and got all the flavors in one bite. One thing I would criticize is that you would have to have a glass of milk with the cookie, because it is a little too dry, and the milk will give it a nice pasty feeling. The overall rating of this cookie is a solid 9.1/10.

The cookie I chose to rate from Crumbl Cookie was the Confetti Cake. This cookie was made of two layers of confetti cake batter, each covered in vanilla buttercream and rainbow sprinkles on top. This cookie was very good, the buttercream was very sweet and had a nice consistency, and the actual confetti cake was warm and sugary. The sprinkles also added a nice burst of sweetness to every bite. Overall, I would rate the cookie an 8.7/10.

Overall, the experience of Crumbl was very pleasing and delicious. Out of the three cookies that Chase, Ethan, and PJ chose, the one with the highest ranking was the Tres Leches Cake with a ranking of 9.1/10. That was followed by the Confetti Cake at an 8.7/10. In last place was the Reese’s Pieces cookie with a ranking of 7.5/10. In the end, the whole experience, from getting the cookies at the store to actually eating them at home, was very enjoyable and something that we would definitely do again.
