Emma Currier is a sophomore at South Hadley High School. She joined Spotlight because she loves to write and she is very opinionated. She wants to help tell the truth. She believes that in this world, there are very few people telling the truth. She is looking forward to writing about news, especially sports. She is very interested in social media and photography and is excited to incorporate that into Spotlight.

Emma loves to dance and cheer, which she has done and loved for most of her life. She also loves STEM related classes and is in the National STEM Honor Society. Though she does a lot of science and math during the school day, she wants to add as much english related extracurriculars as possible. During her free time she likes to hang out with her friends, watch movies and tv shows, and read. She is excited to start working with the Spotlight staff!
